London Tunes Up for Last Night of the Proms
Proms in the Park, the BBC's celebration to end eight weeks of classical music at the Royal Albert Hall and Cadogan Hall, is once again fast approaching.
Taking place in Hyde Park, thousands of music lovers will flock to the event on September 9th 2006, which will mark the end of what organisers call "the world's greatest classical music festival".
The event at Hyde Park will see the BBC orchestra playing the first half of the concert live, before the event at the Royal Albert Hall is beamed live to giant screen at the outdoor location.
