NYC Ballet Returns to London
Visitors staying in cheap hotels in London in March will have an opportunity to witness the dramatic return of the New York City Ballet to the capital.
The world-famous troupe will give 14 performances at the London Coliseum between March 12th and 22nd.
This will be the first time that the New York City Ballet has performed in London in over 25 years, with more than 90 dancers and four programmes of works included from the company's repertory.
The first programme, Essential Balanchine, is named after legendary choreographer and co-founder of the NYC Ballet George Balanchine.
Other performances will include a celebration of Broadway musicals, including a West Side Story suite and Jerome Robbins' The Four Seasons.
People staying in cheap hotels in London will have plenty to keep them entertained at the London Coliseum in the coming months, including director Anthony Minghella's version of Madam Butterfly and a run of Romeo and Juliet performed by the Stuttgart Ballet.
