Plenty of Comedy to Enjoy in York
Comedy fans should pay a visit to the Grand Opera House while staying in cheap hotels in York over the coming months to catch some live shows.
Dave Gorman will be among the performers appearing at the venue, with a gig scheduled on February 19th.
The show is a continuation of a tour that Gorman embarked on last year, which saw him cycle over 1,500 miles across Britain in 33 days, giving a stand-up performance every night.
Also set to visit the Grand Opera House next month is Bafta-winning comic Lee Mack, star of the hit BBC sitcom Not Going Out.
He will play in York on February 21st as part of a new tour for 2010.
Sean Lock, who has made a name for himself on the stand-up circuit and through appearances on panel shows such as QI and 8 Out of 10 Cats, will bring a brand new show to the Grand Opera House this year.
Fans will be able to see Lockipedia on March 4th.
