RSNO Comes to Edinburgh

RSNO comes to Edinburgh The Royal Scottish National Orchestra (RSNO) will soon be treating Edinburgh to an evening of some of the greatest classical works of the 20th century.

On April 20th, people staying in cheap hotels in Edinburgh will be able to see the RSNO concert at the city's Festival Theatre.

Stephane Deneve will take on conducting duties and will lead the orchestra through performances of Ravel's Valses Nobles et Sentimentales and Mozart's Piano Concerto No 17.

The evening will reach its peak with the third piece – Stravinsky's The Rite of Spring.

That will not be the end of the musical entertainment for visitors staying in cheap hotels in Edinburgh, however, as easy-listening entertainer Daniel O'Donnell will perform at the Festival Theatre on April 22nd and 23rd.

O'Donnell has had seven albums in the UK top ten since the turn of the century and has played shows all over the world, from New York's Carnegie Hall to the Sydney Opera House.
