Say Yes to Yoga
Visitors to London in November who are yet to give in to the international craze that is yoga will be able to learn all about the practice at the Olympia.
People who have booked a cheap hotel in London can visit the venue between November 23rd and 25th for "the total yoga and pilates experience under one roof".
The fourth annual Yoga Show will offer a range of experiences and entertainment, including free classes, equipment sessions, children's yoga, demonstrations and lectures.
There will also be over 200 exhibitors at the Olympia offering budding yoga fans everything they need to know to stick to their hobby.
Such is the popularity of yoga in modern society that last year the show attracted over 11,000 people, from complete novices to professional teachers.
Yoga has its roots in India and Hinduism, where the practice was originally conceived as a way to achieve spiritual experiences and form a deeper understanding of the nature of existence.
