The building was built in 1962 and renovated in 2002. There are a total of 220 guestrooms spread over 18 floors, of which 60 are single rooms, 100 are double rooms and 60 are suites. Various facilities are available to guests including a cosy foyer with lifts and a cloakroom, safes, a currency exchange desk as well as a 24-hour reception. There is also a newspaper stand, several shops, a small hair salon, a café, a TV room, a café, a pub, a bar, a nightclub and an air-conditioned à la carte restaurant with separate non-smoking area. Guests travelling on business may make use of the in-house Internet access and conference room. Room and laundry services may also be taken advantage of. The hotel has its own car park.
