Biggles Goes Stateside

Biggles goes stateside If Chicago is the windy city, it's a lot windier still up in the skies above when those magnificent men in their flying machines turn up to entertain the masses.

Visitors to the city will be able to see the Chicago Air and Water Show free of charge on August 18th and 19th in the city's Lincoln Park on the waterfront, with the vast surface of Lake Michigan stretching out one way and the towering skyscrapers of the city on the other side.

Aerobatic daredevils will keep visitors staying in cheap hotels amused, enthralled and entertained with their stunts and displays, not to mention speed.

Back on Earth, Chicago provides a wide range of other interesting things to see and do.

The large, bustling city has a large cultural mix of people, expressed in a large range of food, music and entertainment, while those fancying a bit of tranquility can take a boat ride on the lake.
