Book Cheap Hotels in New York for Photography Exhibition

Book cheap hotels in New York for photography exhibition Guests staying in cheap hotels in New York this summer will have the chance to view the work of one of the world's most esteemed photographers.

David Goldblatt will be displaying his South Africa Witnessed: Photographs exhibition at the Big Apple's Jewish Museum, which is centrally located on Fifth Avenue.

Born in 1930, Goldblatt was a witness to South Africa's apartheid regime. His photographs, of which 130 will be displayed, are primarily in black and white.

Rather than focusing on large-scale violence, his work documents the lives of ordinary people and their struggles against oppression.

No stranger to discrimination, Goldblatt has said his Jewish heritage made him more sensitive to the humiliation and suffering of black people at the time.

The exhibition begins on May 2nd and will remain open until September 19th.

New York's Jewish Museum was founded in 1904. It moved into its current premises in 1944.
