The Wrangler National Finals Rodeo will be held at the Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas from December 4th to 13th.
This event brings cowboys and cowgirls from all over America together to take part in the ultimate rodeo showdown.
Competitors vie against one another for a total prize fund of $5 million (£2.9 million), taking part in seven different events – bareback riding, saddle bronco riding, bull riding, team roping, steer wrestling, tie-down roping and barrel racing.
As well as marvelling at the bizarre shows on offer, people staying in cheap hotels in Las Vegas can take care of some Christmas shopping at this year's National Finals Rodeo.
The Cowboy Christmas Gift Show will return to the Las Vegas Convention Center as part of this year's event, bringing more than 400 vendors together to sell a variety of unusual gifts and souvenirs.
