See The Norman Conquests in New York

See The Norman Conquests in New York Theatre fans may be interested in paying a visit to the Circle in the Square Theatre during trips to New York this year to see The Norman Conquests.

The play will be showing at the theatre on West 50th Street Broadway until July 25th.

It consists of a trilogy of interconnected plays - Round and Round the Garden, Table Manners and Living Together - which were written by Alan Ayckbourn in 1973.

Ayckbourn is a highly prolific and well-known British playwright, having penned works such as Absurd Person Singular and Taking Steps, both of which were produced in London and on Broadway.

The Norman Conquests follows six characters and their interconnecting relationships over the course of a weekend spent in one house. The play explores family life and the moments of humour and tragedy that define it.

People interested in seeing a show while staying in cheap hotels in New York this year will have plenty to choose from on Broadway, with everything from The Phantom of the Opera to Shrek the Musical currently running.
