That'll Be the Daytona
Speedway fans heading stateside will be in for a big treat if they make their way to Daytona Beach in July, as this month includes the Pepsi 400 weekend.
Centred on Saturday July 7th, the event sees the famous course hosting a three day event, starting on Thursday 5th with the Brumos Porche 250 and continuing on the Friday with the Busche series 250, organisers have announced, with a ticket to cover all three days costing $250 (£126) and various other packages available.
Fans can not only enjoy watching the stock cars hurtle round the course and suffer the odd crash and spin, but also enjoy a wide range of activities in the summer sun.
The resort of Daytona Beach offers plenty of sun, sand and surf in the wonderful Florida climate, with plenty of accommodation for visitors, including cheap hotels.
