The Best Food and Wine Miami Has to Offer
The city of Miami will be plying its visitors with the best food and the finest wine in February as it hosts its annual festival of all things delicious and delectable.
Visitors staying in cheap hotels in Miami should head to South Beach between February 21st and 24th to experience the various events, fairs, shows and celebrations dedicated to food and wine.
The festival has developed into one of the most popular events of its kind in the US and in 2006 it celebrated its fifth anniversary.
As well as exploring the appeal of Latin and Caribbean-inspired cuisine, this event also features appearances by a number of celebrity chefs and hosts.
Attending the 2008 festival will be England's own Jamie Oliver, who will help kick off the 'fun and fit as a family' weekend at the Ritz-Carlton hotel on February 22nd.
The celebrity chef will join advocates of healthy eating to hold an informative session that will be of interest to anybody concerned with the healthy development of youngsters.
