The 19th Great Wisconsin Cheese Festival will take place on June 1st to 3rd 2007 at Doyle Park in the village of Little Chute, where all manner of cheesy fun is to be had, including cheese tasting, cheese sculpting, a cheese contest and plenty of fairground rides.
Above all else, the great American tradition of making cheesecake is well in evidence, although the evidence is there to be eaten.
